  Hello, these bots have been turning up more and more often in many servers I'm in, including some I manage.

  You're best options currently are to report all offending accounts either using the report option on mobile, or a support ticket here.

  Another good option is to use bots such as Dyno, or Maki to filter out these messages from servers and take moderation actions accordingly.

  As far as getting these messages in Direct Messages, you should consider turning off Direct Messages in any server you don't trust. Example below.
