macOS Menu Bar Pariity
The Windows version of Discord minimizes to the system tray and runs as a background service, but the Mac version does not.
Discord's Mac client only utilizes the menu bar/tray while in a call. It does not appear in the menu bar tray at all times, like in the Windows version. Instead, it must be kept running in the Dock. This lack of parity is confusing. Besides the parity aspect, I also think that hiding Discord from the Dock and placing it in the menu bar tray would improve functionality, as it would be in a place that's always accessible.
Additionally, there are some people who are not fans of having the icon in the menu bar. For these people, a toggle to remove it from the menu bar would be appreciated.
