Stream loading forever in Windows 10

At this point I don't know what to do my GPU is updated with the latest controllers, my GPU is Intel UHD Graphics (not that good I know) but it says it's updated. I have both these options turned off: Whenever I try to stream my friends say they can hear me but it just keeps loading forever. I used to be able to stream with my old pc which was a very, very bad one, what can I do to fix this?
