Enable/Disable Threads

I think that it should be a way to disable the threads since server owners/managers/..etc cannot disable them when threads are enabled.

  Would like the ability to make thread creation only available to specific roles.

  It's already possible to disable the ability to create and/or participate in threads for certain (or all) roles.

  Server settings -> Roles

  I've read this, but I don't understand how to specifically disable people from creating threads but still being able to participate in them? Disabling "Use Public Threads" seems to disable the entire function?

  I'll be honest, I haven't tried it out myself. Sounds like the documentation is wrong if users can't participate in threads when "Send Messages" is enabled and "Use Public Threads" disabled.
