Thread Archival and Others
I genuinely believe that the restriction on archiving threads being locked behind boosting is just too much. I also believe that locking private threads behind boosting was also ridiculous.
In my opinion, it would have been more fair to just lock these features behind Nitro. I run small RP servers, and having threads that I can archive after any length of time would literally be a lifesaver, but I do not have the income to spend over $500 per year just so that everyone can do this.
In my opinion if you really want to monetize, make it so that Private threads require nitro for the hoster of the thread, and for archival, let people have a week for it to just be free. After that, make it so that the host of the thread must have nitro. This would make nitro significantly more important while also making the monetization reasonable. Boosts are unfair for small servers.
Please take this into consideration. Particularly, for it to be behind nitro. It’s not possible for a small RP server, where threads can last weeks, to use threads properly.
I also agree with the other threads here that, by default, they should be disabled. Additionally, I feel like threads should adopt the category permissions.

My server is boosted as far as it needs to be to get all the thread perks, and for me it's still not worth it.
I don't want to create a thread that's going to get deleted or "archived" or whatever. I want to be able to create threads that last forever. This is the only way I have to "nest" channels (the single nesting of the categories isn't enough, I want to have "Gaming" and then "#minecraft" and then inside/under/as children, I'd like to have "#survival" and "#creative").
If there's still no way to have unlimited threads, I'll probably just turn them off for my server.1
