Improve the state of when you're out of internet
Sometimes, you type messages when you don't have the internet. In discord, it becomes an headache. Things I want to be seen improved:
1. Make a specified order of messages. When internet comes back, messages send out completely randomly, and not in order. Make them send in order, please.
2. If the server has slowmode, it becomes even more of a headache. The messages just all send out at once, without any order, and without any timer. I'd want it to send all messages to the server, but wait for the slowmode. Or at least wait for the slowmode initially. Not error out needing to manually re-send it
3. Make it that it stays in the app when internet is out, like on mobile app, but on PC. (That's pc specific, other issues are regarding both platforms)
And also, maybe add a way that it would send the next message no matter whether slowmode is currently enabled or not, and just make the message wait on the server with timer until it sends out with a limit of like 3 message, so you don't have to spam enter when you have a conversation and there's a 5 second slowdown.
