Concerned about threads unarchiving abuse

As it stands, threads can be unarchived at the click/tap of a button. Are there any measures in place to prevent someone in the future from going through a server's archived threads (at which point there could be hundreds of them) and unarchiving them all?

I saw at https://discord.com/developers/docs/topics/threads that "there will be a new limit on the maximum number of active threads in a guild", which could reduce damage a bit, but I've been unable to find out what this limit is. I'm currently doing a test to find out what the limit is, and so far I'm at over 250 active threads.

  Unarchiving a thread requires the Manage Threads permission which most users will not have

  I can unarchive threads without that permission, unless a moderator archived it.
