Threads: Notifications even if server is muted?!

as per title. I still get notifications for a thread, even if the server that the thread is in is muted.

    Same issue, but for some further explanation:
    I like to mute servers, so I only get the symbol updated for 'important' servers, but I do not mute the individual channels in the muted servers, so I can still see on one go where there all has been new posts inside them.

    However, threads seem to take priority over the expected to be universal mute over the server, so if one is in many threads within one server, one would need to either mute them all and chomb by hand which actually has new stuff in it, or have them not muted at all which defeats the universal mutes purpose to begin with.

    Please, give the universal mute priority over threads.
