Custom Notification Sound Menu

Have a settings menu where you can upload MP3 files that replaces certain sound effects, like if you don't like the Discord Ping sound effect, replace with an M1 Garand "Ping" noise, and if you're being called or call, you can replace the ring tone with an MP3 file that loops
