[SUGGESTION] Split view for all channels

From what I can tell, this has been suggested before before threads were introduced, but with the introduction of threads,the split view from threads should be extended to channels in general and. Split view, in my opinion, is a rather useful feature for accessibility and ease of communication.

Right now, split view is limited to just threads, but I do not see why it cannot be introduced to channels as well.

  I dont like the splitview introduced with threads.
  Discord has been a successful communication platform because its free, clean, easy to set up and use but most importantly its simplicity. If we encourage the devs to add random shit we soon have Twitter 2.0 and a new platform that is what discord was will pop up. Thats how it goes with these platforms.
