Recording Voice Memos in Text Servers / DMs

Hey there! Can we please have the ability to record and send voice messages within either a server text chat or in a DM? Most messaging apps these days have them. It's just a feature where you hold down a microphone button, talk, and then when you release the button, it sends a recording of what you just said for others to hear. I have seen others request this as well. Thank you!
