Add 24-Hour Format Option to Discord Please.

I use 24-hour formatting of time on a daily basis. It is not a struggle to switch from 24-hour back to 12-hour to use Discord, but it would be a lot more uniform and I think it could be an easy way to spruce up the appearance of Discord for many users.

I did a quick search before this to see if anyone else made a post about this topic before, but they are all very old posts. So in an attempt to bring this suggestion back, I decided to make this new post.

All I'm asking from the devs at Discord is to add an option to allow users to switch from 12-hour time to 24-hour time for PC, Mac, and mobile devices. The time formats would change for message timestamps and all that good jazz. Thank you very much for your consideration.
