[Web] Buggy search operators (handling the colon)
Currently in the search box of the web client, search operators are recognized as a character sequence preceding a colon character wherever it occurs, including the end of a longer word, or the middle of a word.
Like, if you search for "Suggestion:", the moment you type the colon, the search operator "on:" is recognized and displays the date picker.
Not to say that the search operator "on:" is currently undocumented (as well as ignoring any punctuation other than colons), I expect search operators to be recognized only when typed as a separate word (immediately followed by a colon, of course), which they currently do not.
I've filed a ticket, got slightly contradicting replies in the end that "the devs say the search functionality operates correctly" and "the devs are aware of the problem" (a rough translation from Russian).
I've also suggested adding a corresponding note to the corresponding help articles, including the "on:" operator (or excluding it from the code).
So I hope the (minor) issue will be resolved eventually. All I can do now is posting this feedback and see if anyone else also thinks this is a problem.
