Warn people that we want to contact them without beeing friend

I think it would be a great feature to add.

Sometimes, you're searching in the old messages of your server, and you see this guy who said something interresting, you want more detail, but he left the server years ago, and you can't contact him because you dont have any server in common. You can't really send him a friend invitation because many people refuse friend invite if they don't know the account.

Maybe you could add a feature that allows us to send a little message like

Automatic message : "the user XXX asks to speak with you"

User message (in addition) : "hey, random user, I would like to speak with you about something you said seven years ago on this server. Is it possible ?"

And then, the guy could accept or decline the speaking suggestion (i don't know how to call it, English is not my native language), and it would automatically open the private message with the guy if it's accepted, or just make a little message instead if declined like "this user doesn't want to talk to you right now, sorry buddy"
