Thread notification changes suggestion

Something that I think discord should implement in their next update, but the fact that the notifications settings for threads when you join them is "all messages" is a bad idea. It should have the option, just like all other channels do, of "server default." It is extremely annoying to recieve constant pings and notifications just from joining a thread.

There is also an issue of bring "force joined" into a thread by being @tagged which should be fixed as well. The latter issue is very open to abuse and I have already been a victim of it.

Summary of request

#1: Make default notifications for threads the server default and not "all messages"

#2: Do not allow people to force you into threads with @tags

Totally agreed, threads need to default to the notification settings of their parent channel.
