make it so you cant see blocked people in the server list or see "blocked messages" when they say something.

essentially make it so when you block someone its like they dont exist

  This would be great, but discord hasn't cared about years of people complaining about how completely lame and useless the block feature is, they probably won't change it now.

  I think it could be a great improvement, is annoying that someone that you blocked can still somewhat talk to you.
