Microphone cutting out

My microphone has been cutting out mid sentences or just not registering my voice at all for some time now. My microphone works fine, I've been trying it on multiple different platforms and microphone testing software. 

It used to work fine on discord but one day me and my friends noticed that some kind of new noise suppression was implemented, my friends make less noise when screaming now but I cut out randomly when just talking normally.

I've tried customizing all the options in settings but nothing actually stops my voice from randomly cutting out, I've even tried turning off noise suppression, to no avail. 

I've read some other posts reporting the same problem so it seems it's not just me.

    I've been having the same issue for the past 2 days. i've messed with every setting in discord that might have to do with it and no results. Mics work fine outside of discord.

    I have tested every voice setting on and off with every possible combination. Nothing stops it from cutting out constantly. I literally bought a brand new mic just to make sure it wasn't hardware.

    Hey, it face some technical errors and that's why it's not working. Some microphones are not working well when they complete it working age you should replace it.

    Got the last update and now my discord is doing the same. Everything works perfectly on Teamspeak and other programs. But it no longer works on discord. 

    Microphone keeps cutting out and in while im speaking. Even the mic test does the same. When is a fix coming?
