Discord Cameras and Screen shares dont load

For a long time, I have not been able to view screen shares or cameras. I'm almost sure this is due to my internet, due to how cameras and screen shares work on my data with no issues. This is furthermore proven due to this happening to my siblings as well on all devices. I have been emailing Discord support for almost two months, and I have not solved this issue, nor have they been properly responding. They have been sending automated apologies for the delay, which I understand. However, I would've expected this issue to be fixed by now. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if anyone has/had the same problem and knows a possible fix to this. Thank you!
