Some of us don't like slash commands

I am part of a group of programmers. All of the most active members, including me, prefer old-style (message content) commands to slash commands and many bots are not changing all of their features over. This will result in many bots completely breaking as soon as a hundredth person invites them, which means that bots will have to get verified as soon as possible and if a bot has very fast growth the process may not go fast enough. Therefore, I think that you should remove slash commands or at the very least make message content not a privileged intent.

    I mean none of the bots i created have this issue. Nothing requires you to use slash-commands on your bot anyways, so I doubt removing slash-commands is a feature they'll remove any time soon.
