DM Emojis vs Server Emojis

I think in DMs it should be possible to react or type any emoji from any server, as if you had nitro, but if you were to try and react in other servers with different emojis, then you would need to pay. Basically, I think the Nitro we should be paying for is to react in servers with other servers' emojis, but DMing someone with server emojis should be free.
