All Stickers are blurred on Android, same Sticker works great for Windows and iOS user.

  Agreed. Animated stickers are stretched/skewed on Android if they aren't exactly 320x320, whereas they look fine on PC and iPhone.

  Like Kiryojo said animated stickers still get stretched unless they're 1:1 square ratio on Android, whereas on iOS and PC they display fine.
