New "about me" section and the banner from User Profile on mobile

for those who don't have a pc and a laptop, add a way to put the banner and "about me" in the mobile version of discord

  Ikr, like i don't have the about me feature on my Android for some reason why do only pc users have it??

  They should update the Mobile version untill the different between mobile and pc is little to none
