Discord Profile Banner Size Limit Bug
Using a 1.59 MB .gif file, which appears to apply visually after upload (that image in the screenshot is the banner I uploaded) but upon applying the change, Discord says the file cannot be larger than 10.00 MB.
If a 1.59 MB file is getting rejected, there isn't much I can do to troubleshoot so I am just posting this as a defect for yall.

I was having the same problem, but i could fix it by changing the fps of the gif because discord only supports 25 fps gifs on banner, at least for me changing the fps solve the problem.
