HSL/HSV controls for profile banner color

Never been a fan of sliders without some associated numerical values that I can see and granularly control. Would love to see the profile banner color selection have a Hue/Saturation/Lightness scheme or at least a Hue/Saturation/Value scheme. After all, that's undoubtedly how it works behind the scenes, right? I'd like to be able to control those numbers directly instead of having to guess (it's also easier for me, from years of Photoshop shenanigans).
