I have so much feedback to give on your shady business practices and absorbent prices, but why bother? After skimming through the posts, it's clear Discord doesn't give a rat's ass about customer service. So that's my suggestion: try customer service. ANY customer service. One single reply to ANY of these would be nice. - Very unsatisfied customer
