Alias and Color Options for Chat as well as a thread no edit capability

So, I was thinking that if you did the following stuff, you would have all the functionality of IRC on Discord + all the other stuff you have and it would be perfect for role-players/gamers, as well as some others.  I'll explain what I mean.  

On IRC (Internet relay chat) you have the option of using aliases. These are helpful for game masters/storytellers/dungeon masters etc to use so they can play the roles of multiple characters.  Also some players have more than one character.  
The command on IRC that you'd place in the alias area looks kind of like this. /anything-you'd-type-to-activate-alias The-alias $1-. This is an alias for 'Tony Stark'.  The brackets are just for design and could be removed or something else could be added for decoration to the alias. 
/to <Tony Stark> $1- 
Basically, on the thread, the person would type '/to' to invoke the alias appearing.  i.e. '/to sits in the donut' would become on the thread: 'Tony Stark sits in the donut'.  

Another thing IRC has that Discord doesn't is the use of colors for people to use.  On IRC the command is 'control K + color #'.  i.e. control + k 14 would give a gray color. If we could have colors, it would be nice for bots as well as people posting. Some of us have trouble seeing and reading when there are just paragraphs of the same color, and it helps differentiate which character/player is speaking so you can sift through convos faster to get to what might be an issue, etc. 

Lastly, if you could make it so on threads, since you have those now, that you could make it so players could not edit their posts if the GMs so choose it, this could be useful for role-players but also some others outside of that realm so that conversations aren't altered on people.  I don 't expect or want it really anywhere else, but the option on threads themselves could really be awesome.  

Thanks for reading my suggestions and I hope you'll consider adding them however you'd do that on Discord.  If you did that, it would pretty well make IRC redundant to my rp/gaming group and I'm sure others would agree.  You'd draw in more people since you have that table top feel down solid and  the only thing you are really missing is these options for text based rp.
