why is it discord refuses to acknowledge account appeals.

That's completely not fair to the users.

not only do they often not  acknowledge account appeals, they often ignore illegal content reports until threats of lawsuits start flying.(you can take my word on that one)

    like come on guys, if you don't want to do your job, just say so, nobody's gonna complain.

    what we will complain about is when you're on payroll, but refuse to do your job to the best of your ability.
