Always Visible Pinned Messages [Visual Example]

Have pinned messages be always visible at the top of the chat section. Different pinned messages can be viewed by hovering the mouse over the small window and using the scroll wheel (or up/down buttons can be added).

The current system for pinned messages could be renamed to "Saved Messages."
