Folder still exist even if there is only one server

If you drag a bunch of guilds (server, I prefer saying it "guild") to make a Server Folder, and after that, you drag or leave all but one guild, the folder will still exist, and will contain that one same guild. It is still acceptable...until you minimize your folder, and it will be harder to spot the guild. Which is, as you know, very annoying.
I really don't know how to classify this, but it's hard to see, so I choose the topic here.
