Add the ability to mute threads (either permanently or temporarily)

It would be nice if there was a way to mute threads similar to how you can mute channels, in a sense that you can suppress all unread messages and pings either temporarily or permanently. (e.g. For "15 minutes", "1 hour", "8 hours", "24 hours" or "until I turn it back on")

  This just should've been a feature to begin with, I don't know how discord managed to slip up on that..
