I cant load short video mp4 (800Kb) in chat-room

when i try to send a short video 800 kb, in the chat room of the group, it does not appear, but disappears. I sent Padu days ago and everything worked out, but now it doesn’t. I do not understand why?

    clarification: some videos load normally and some do not. 

    I understood what the problem is. Discord cannot handle non-standard resolution (
