My account hacked and buy nitro gifts

Hello everyone I need help. Someone hacked my Discord account and bought 4 times nitro gifts for 9,99 USD and 1 time nitro gifts for 99,99 USD. I send a ticket I want a refund/chargeback for that. I send it more times because I find more and more information about that. But then my account got stopped/banned for chargebacks. I don't know what to do. eldrilo#4147 (hacked discord).

    no response from discord. called my bank and they are investigating. hope discord answer me today.
