Allow Servers to Filter File Upload Extensions

It's no secret that today's Discord is quickly becoming a festering ground for all kinds of Malware and other nefarious files.

To combat this, I think it would be a great addition to the server administration toolkit to be able to block and allow uploaded file extensions on an extension by extension basis.

You could even make this a role based filter. For instance, Admins and Mods can upload potentially dangerous files like .exe, and .bat. While allowing everyone else in the server to upload mostly safe media files.

I would really like this feature to be customizable on a server by server basis because Discord has become a tool for more than just the gaming community. A large collaboration server that's working on a project may really benefit from sharing code through file uploads where a regular "gaming" Discord server may have no use for these files therefore could disable them.
