Announcement Channel Threads for Clubs/Similar

Hello Discord Team and Reader,

I am in a server for a campus club. In this server we have an announcement channel (that's that name of it. It's not a Discord Announcement Channel) for upcoming events/news/etc. The channel is setup to ONLY allow club officers to make announcements so we keep it straightforward and don't annoy people that just want the announcements and nothing else. Threads are great for this because they allow us to have discussion/questions about announcements without annoying other members and still keeping the conversation in one place. However, we have some minor tweaks/suggestions for channels with similar purposes:

- Remove titles from threads. Many other feedback posts have also mentioned this, so we won't go in depth as to why this would be a good change.

- Add a setting to allow users to NOT send messages in the channel, but allow them to START threads AND message in them. Currently, one of the officers has to start the thread. This is annoying, especially if no one has any questions/etc.

- Remove the "{user} started a thread: {thread title}. See all threads." message. This just sends one more message in the announcements channel, and we always end up deleting it. Or, at the very least, add a setting to turn it on/off (very similar to how welcome messages for new members work now).
