Regional Pricing for Nitro

There are people in the world such as myself that can't spare 5 dollars a month for a subscription for small features in a simple chatting app and seeing as Discord themselves don't seem too interested in giving people convenient features such as

-Banners (Maybe they're willing to dish this one out though (?) )
-Longer Messages
-Animated Emojis on your own server

To people who can't give up around a week's worth of food money (at least in my case, people are subject to a lot of economical struggles here in Turkey) and such so regional pricing for the full experience of Discord should at least be a thing, a lot of companies and whatnot could get interested in Discord if they added nitro features like good streaming quality, messages, file sizes and whatnot but Discord instead chooses not to choose the option that attracts new users and keeps already existing users so the least they could do is regionally price their features so that people who are not as fortunate as the average american can at least get a good service and not be forced to using other methods like file sharing programs or streaming apps like Hyperbeam for screensharing instead of Discord
