Discord Support Needs a Better Way of Dealing with Serious Issues Than "Post or UpVote Feedback"

I've been dealing with Discord Support for a couple of weeks now, trying to help them be more trauma-informed, to no avail. Looking through here at all of the "suggestions" that are actually really serious problems, it's pretty clear that they need a much better way of dealing with serious issues where trauma/harrassment is happening than a canned response telling people to come here and post feedback or upvote already existing feedback.

That should only be used for suggesting potentially helpful new features, NOT serious problems.
