Selective disable for emote prediction/Emote favorites

Basically the want for this stems from being in a lot of servers with a lot of emotes. The ability to selectively disable individual emotes, or batch disable a lot of emotes by server would be useful in cutting down some of the clutter when using emote prediction. Particularly useful in the event of duplicate emotes across multiple servers (example; pogchamp, everyone has it).

In the same vein, the ability to favorite specific emotes so they always appear before other emotes of similar name to make selecting them from the prediction window easier would be nice to have as well. For example, favoriting "pogslide" will always predict it when you type "pog" even if you already have an emote named "pog".

Both of these things would make sorting through emotes a bit less of a chore for those of us with Nitro.
