allow discord server to have a background for full server

this is my idea that can go into nitro boosting for us to be able to emblements a background into server for like festive times especially , I know myspace use to have this feature and i though it was cool but also allow our uses to be able to toggle it on or off .

  This is a really good idea, but it should be lvl 3 server boost because its so good !
