Support (y)

Would it be possible to add support for acronym "(y)" → should produce thumbup emoji (just like ":+1"). Acronym "(y)" is pretty common accross other platforms (Facebook Messenger, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.) and it would be nice if Discord supports it as well.
