Cant stream games to my friends properly

When I share my screen while playing a game, my screen is black but my ingame sound is working and my cursor is only visible . Tried restarting discord and reinstalling but nothing seems to help, tried changing some settings like I saw on some youtube vids but still didnt help me fix my problem.
