SUGGESTION: Improvements to Favorited Emotes

One of my favorite parts of being a Nitro subscriber is being able to access all of a server's emotes & use them wherever I want. Organizing them in my favorites tab makes using them a lot easier, however it's currently a bit flawed & could use 3 simple quality of life changes.

- Save favorited emotes to account. Favorited emotes do not transfer between app & browser, meaning if you use both that's 2 separate favorite tabs you have to create. Alternatively if you reinstall Discord or set up Discord on a new device, your favorited emotes won't transfer over.

- Allow favorites to be accessed on mobile. This goes hand in hand with the last bullet point, but also giving a mobile command to favorite an emote would be nice too.

- Allow us to re-arrange favorited emotes. I have A LOT of favorited emotes. I have them meticulously organized so I can more easily find what I'm looking for. But the problem is that whenever I add a new emote, I have to delete multiple rows worth of past emotes, add the new emote into it's spot & then re-add the emotes that come after it all over again. Adding this feature would literally save hours of work when adding emotes.
