The YouTube "Gift" you keep nagging me about

Why is there not a dismiss completely button showing up? It's not even a gift. Youtube offers the same deal if you sign up from an ad on their own site. You're just trying to funnel credit card info to Google for kick backs. It's just freaking annoying at this point.
