Thread Creation

I find the thread feature to be potentially pretty useful, but the biggest problem I have with it at the moment is that they can be perceived as taking too long to make. A suggestion I have is to allow admins to create default settings for threads such as active hours and whether a starter message is required. Maybe make an option that sets it such that threads can only be made off of previously existing messages. There are many situations lately where I see a thread being the correct choice for cleaning up conversations and message history, but the process feels a lot more formal and laborious than it actually is, disincentivizing people from using the feature.

    I need this as well. I want the ability to create thread and start chatting with one single click. Right now, the creation of a thread require 3 actions: 1 click to start a thread, type in title, 1 more click to create. I wish we can create thread without title and need to confirm. I'd use the feature more if it's as fast as replying.
