Discord support service.

Here I'm just going to let you know of something that I find very bad about discord.

Their support service.

I was "hacked" my account more than a month ago, I did opened 1 support ticket, it's going to do 1 month since I'm waiting for a response, I did another one which was way better but the last message that I've got was "Our experts are going to continue their investigation and I will let you know" he sent me this 21 days ago and still waiting for a response, 1 month and half that I'm waiting to get my account back.

Another problem was that my credit card was  linked to my stolen discord account and that the  Nitro was on "renew automatically" Because of this I had to pay the 9.99 dollars, I did a support ticket to get a refund as I'm still waiting to get the account back and I will not pay for the person who stole my account, a person responded to me 2 days after to say that she will inform an "expert" and after 11 days of waiting, I'm still waiting for my refund and it is likely that I need to pay 9.99 dollars again if this continue.

Honesty, discord is a wonderful application when you can play with friends, chat and do lots of entertaining things, but if you have a problem on the application and that you need the help of the discord support, you will either have to wait half  a year or just give up because of their speed, and this is because they are not enough to respond to all the tickets I guess and this really need to be solve.
