Further Use of Custom Emotes

I believe the next step of server customization would be adding emotes to channels; if an emote is in a server we should be able to use it like we do with Statuses.

Example. :nyancat: general chat

Even if this was a boost perk, I believe it would allow servers to add more personality and USE their emotes.
