um.. I need help?

This happens when I join this server, I don't know if it happens in other server's I join. Although I though it was just loading so I left it alone for at least 5 minutes and it still stayed like this   and I keep leaving and joining back the server but it always does the same, please help.

    Usually when this happens there is a verification role that you need to see the server. Usually there should be a react role but sometimes people don't set that up. So basically someone needs to give you the verified role.
