Add the function to choose your server boost badge icon

I think it'd be nice if there was a feature where we could choose what badge we'd like to display. Seeing how they shift after a couple months I think it'd be nice if we were allowed to choose our badge at will, of course being the ones we've unlocked whichadds another level of achievement to it.
