Archived threads list

I think that it could be helpfull for moderators to have a menu where they can see all the archived thread who exist on the server where they are moderator, withoud needing to go in all chat where threads permission is active (like the "Active thread" button, but for achived threads). It could for example help to clean the thread who are empty (like 2 messages), test from users...
