Discord lag

This happened on 8/26/2021 at 12:35 pm in Egypt 
discord suddenly disconnected us and said Awaiting Endpoint 
then connecting then voice connected but there was only one mark "the red mark" and our ping was super high and that happened over and over till we joined a server to talk in then everything went back to normal and that didn't happen to me only that happened to my friend too and then we tried again and still the same but when we join a server to talk in everything is normal
