Access to Deceased User Accounts

Form better internal procedures for Discord to grant access to the account of a deceased user. An appropriate administrator of a deceased user's estate should be able to be granted full access to the account for disposition of digital assets and servers which are controlled by the user. Include ability to transfer any server (not just those with over 100 members as currently seems to be the case) and download all data which may be of memorial use from the server such as pins, user lists, etc. Many servers are controlled by only one or two people, and if one of those people is deceased, it can throw entire communities into chaos. Even if the procedure is not quick, and requires legal documentation to be submitted, making the management of a user's "digital estate" easier should be a priority. For the relatives and beneficiaries of a user's estate, having the data can also be helpful, or simply a positive emotional experience rather than losing access to such items forever.
